After a two year break from the indie rock scene Bright Yellow are back with their debut EP ‘Clean’.
So what have Bright Yellow been doing all this time? They’ve been honing their sound, jamming in garages and dilapidated houses and pushing the boundaries to create something new and unique.
‘Clean’ was released through iTunes on September 1 and is only available as a limited edition hard copy through the band and gigs.Supporting the release of their EP, Bright Yellow played fourteen shows throughout September and October in an attempt to re-connect with their fans and even hook in some new devotees in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania.
The popularity of their previous EP ‘Love’s Not a Comfort’ certainly left the boys nothing short of amazed after the wide range of support from triple j and community radio.
And Bright Yellow isn’t stopping there… The band is already busy working on their debut album that’s due for release in 2010, and judging by their previous EP’s it’s definitely going to be something to talk about!
