Byron Bay roots/rock chick Dallas Frasca released her debut album ‘Not for Love or Money’ on Friday 28 August. After kicking off her national album launch on the Sunshine Coast she has made her way through over 15 towns and venues.
Dallas and her team have already performed tracks from the album at venues in Queensland, New South Wales, Adelaide and Melbourne.
Dallas finished off her two month tour with five final performances at Ruby’s Lounge at Belgrave on Thursday 15 October; The Corner Hotel in Richmond on Friday 16; Perth’s One Movement Festival Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 and finishing off at the Great Northern Hotel in Byron Bay Friday 23.
Playing alongside Dallas was Jeff “Moon Boy” Curran on slide guitar as well as drummer Brendan Lees and Natalie Carey on backing vocals.
‘Not For Love or Money’ is all about rock music and was produced by Forrester Savell who has worked with bands Helmet, Karnivool and Cog. The album features guests including Melbourne performers Liz Stringer and Jess McAvoy accompanying Dallas and Jeff.
